KCG Administration

 

The KCG Consortium is supported administratively by the host Member institution, Kingston University. Administrative services are provided for which an annual management charge is levied on the Consortium membership to cover the cost of service provision from the host Member institution. These services include:

 

• Preparation of the KCG Consortium annual financial statements and tax returns.

• Use of the host institution’s financial ledger system.

• Use of the host institution’s payroll system.

• Human Resources (HR) Department services including training and development, recruitment and selection, leavers, occupational health and counselling etc.

• Use of the host institution’s IT infrastructure and information services..

• Use of the host institution’s legal and insurance services.

• Design and printing of KCG Consortium marketing material including logo design.

• Design, development and maintenance of the the KCG Consortium website.

• Use of Kingston University accommodation for the KCG Consortium Head Office.

• Use of reception services at Millennium House, Kingston University.
