The KCG Consortium is strongly committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for all KCG staff. We pay for our staff to attend relevant training and development courses and events on a regular basis throughout the year. We also encourage our staff to maintain their professional networks with the accountancy and audit industry, from which the majority of our staff come.

Our salaries are intended to attract and retain the very best professionla and administrative staff. The more you take on and the better you perform, the more we will reward you.

Although all KCG Consortium staff are jointly employed by the Member institutions, the host institution (currently Kingston University) acts as agent for all Members. Your employment contract will include Kingston University terms and conditions of employment.
