Staff Development

At KCG, we invest heavily in our staff's learning and development. We equip our staff with the ability and confidence to identify their own opportunities for career advancement.

We do this by:

• Discussing with you how we would like to further develop your career. This is an ongoing process that begins each year with formal annual performance reviews.

• Jointly identifying a learning and development plan.

• Supporting staff with their professional membership's subscriptions.

• Encouraging and supporting attendance at seminars and conferences of professional and personal value and interest.

• Involvement at the KCG Away Days designed to promote team work through a series of talks and workshops.

We recognise that it is essential that we all keep our professional development up to date. Our staff maintain strong links to a wide ranging cross section of professional bodies. This offers an invaluable contribution to our organisation's strength and brings a wealth of wide ranging experience to bear on projects and audits at our Member institutions.
