The KCG Consortium Board of Management
The KCG Consortium Board acts in the role of a Board of Management.
The KCG Consortium Board of Management currently comprises of 11 Members, representing the current Member institutions. Current Member representatives are as follows:

Robert Ewing - Deputy Finance Director, Kingston University

Carole Mainstone - Registrar and Secretary, University of Westminster
Pam Nelson - Director of Finance, London Metropolitan University
Kevin Porter - Deputy Director, Royal College of Music
Frank Richardson - Deputy Director of Finance, University of Kent

The Chair of the KCG Consortium Board for 2009-10 is Carole Mainstone.
The Deputy Chair is Kevin Porter.
The KCG Consortium Board of Management also appoints one independent Member of the Board each year. For the year beginning 1 August 2009, the independent member appointed to the Board is:
Ian Turner - former Director of Resources and Planning, Goldsmiths, University of London
Meetings take place quarterly in November, February, May and July and are also attended by the KCG Managing Director and the KCG Business Manager. Meetings for 2009-10 will take place at the University of Westminster.
The Consortium Board’s Terms of Reference were agreed by the founding Members and effective from 1 August 2005.
