The KCG Consortium Board of Management

The KCG Consortium Board acts in the role of a Board of Management.

 

The KCG Consortium Board of Management currently comprises of 13 Members, representing the current Member institutions. Current Member representatives are as follows:

Reggie Blennerhassett - Pro Vice Chancellor and Director of Finance, University of Roehampton
Maureen Boylan - Chief Operating Officer, School of Pharmacy University of London

Robert Ewing - Deputy Finance Director, Kingston University

The Chair of the KCG Consortium Board for 2011-12 is Kevin Porter.

The Deputy Chair is Frank Richardson.

 

The KCG Consortium Board of Management also appoints up to two independent Members of the Board each year. For the year beginning 1 August 2011, the independent members appointed to the Board are:

 

Terry Butcher - former Finance Director, Kingston University

Ian Turner - former Director of Resources and Planning, Goldsmiths University of London

 

Meetings take place quarterly in November, February, May and July and are also attended by the KCG Managing Director and the KCG Business Support Manager. Meetings for 2011-12 will take place at the Royal College of Music.

 

The Consortium Board’s Terms of Reference were agreed by the founding Members and effective from 1 August 2005.
