The KCG Consortium Board of Management

The KCG Consortium Board acts in the role of a Board of Management.

 

The KCG Consortium Board of Management currently comprises of 13 Members, representing the current Member institutions. Current Member representatives are as follows:

 

Elaine Acaster - Assistant Principal, Royal Veterinary College
Reggie Blennerhassett - Pro Vice Chancellor and Director of Finance, University of Roehampton
Maureen Boylan - Chief Operating Officer, School of Pharmacy University of London
Steve Carter – Director of Finance and Resources, Southampton Solent University
David Reeve - Interim Director of Finance, Bournemouth University
Robert Ewing - Deputy Finance Director, Kingston University
Carole Mainstone - Registrar & Secretary, University of Westminster

Sinead McQuillan - Company Secretary and Clerk to the Trustees, Regent's College London
Kevin Porter - Deputy Director, Royal College of Music
Frank Richardson - Deputy Director of Finance, University of Kent

Wendy Surridge - Secretary & Registrar, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine
Elizabeth Thussu - Director of Administration, Heythrop College University of London
Sally Townsend – Director of Finance, Goldsmiths University of London

 

 

The Chair of the KCG Consortium Board for 2011-12 is Kevin Porter.

The Deputy Chair is Frank Richardson.

 

The KCG Consortium Board of Management also appoints up to two independent Members of the Board each year. For the year beginning 1 August 2011, the independent members appointed to the Board are:

 

Terry Butcher - former Finance Director, Kingston University

Ian Turner - former Director of Resources and Planning, Goldsmiths University of London

 

Meetings take place quarterly in November, February, May and July and are also attended by the KCG Managing Director and the KCG Business Support Manager. Meetings for 2011-12 will take place at the Royal College of Music.

 

The Consortium Board’s Terms of Reference were agreed by the founding Members and effective from 1 August 2005.
