KCG Organisation

 

The KCG Consortium is currently organised as follows:

 

 

 

The KCG Consortium is governed by the KCG Board of Management, led by the KCG Managing Director, and managed by the KCG Senior Management Team (SMT).

 

 

The KCG SMT is comprised of the following executive staff:

 

Each Member institution is serviced by a nominated KCG Director as the Head of Internal Audit and a dedicated audit team.

For larger Member institutions, these teams are permanently based at the Member institution’s campus locations. This arrangement allows strong continuity of staffing. It also allows KCG Consortium staff to become genuinely "in-house" and to be regarded as "staff" of the Member institution. The benefits of this arrangement arise from the accumulated in-depth knowledge and experience of the KCG Consortium audit teams of their Member institutions and the resulting increased ability to genuinely "add value".
