Special Investigations

The KCG Consortium has significant experience in the delivery of special investigations. These include fraud and whistleblowing investigations. In conjunction with RSM Tenon, we maintain appropriate skills to:

  • Investigate promptly, thoroughly and sensitively to determine the facts. This is necessary to assist in recovering any losses. We are trained in the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) and the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA).
  • Work closely with institutional HR teams to ensure that our approach complements and supports the appropriate internal processes and procedures.
  • Provide advice on how controls should be strengthened and enhanced to prevent further loss.

The KCG Consortium forms an integral part of the fraud response plan and public interest disclosure procedure at each of our Member institutions. We respond promptly to any request for investigation.
